How to measure men’s trousers?

Four measurements are important when it comes to men’s pants, ‘Waist’ is usually measured around the belly button, or wherever you normally wear your trousers. ‘Hip’ is the widest area around the buttocks, while the inside leg is measured from the crotch to the ankle bone. ‘Outside leg’ is measured from the top of the waistband to the hem.
